  • To ensure productivity enhancement of water bodies through skill development demonstration.
  • Through scientific procedure and technical intervention increase the production and consequently increased economic return which would also elevate their social status along with getting the life’s minimum requirements.
  • Training women about feed preparation of fishes, weaving of nets and other related activities to fish culture which would help them to develop skill, work independently and generate new source of income.
  • Setting up a model pond for the demonstration and breeding of fish lings. Demonstration, training and follow ups in connection to raising of seedlings, proper care, water and soil quality management, pond management and overall related aspects.
